Does any one else only pay attention when prices are going down?

I find myself kind of not caring at all about crypto when prices are rising. I'll almost never pay attention on green days. But on red days i'm busy buying all day long and reading and watching crypto videos.

I honestly hope the market trades side ways this entire year so I can keep accumulating. As long as we don't go down another 30% from here I won't really be stressing too much. But I feel like we're inevitably going to reach new heights. I honestly think the reason i don't pay attention on green days is because the thought of creating my exit strategy is way more stressful than the thought of a huge market crash.
