Does Binance still authorize new linked accounts with Etana ??

Hi, after almost one week of waiting I managed to contact binance live suport about this issue 2 days ago(since yesterday live chat isn't available anymore at least for me), according to them I should had received a confirmation mail and accept it, that mail never reached me, for security reasons that mail could not be send a second time and the only way to progress this further was to contact etana and ask them to trigger that binance mail from their part.

Etana answer:

We understand your frustration; unfortunately, we cannot assist further with Binance since they are not authorizing linked account requests or deposit requests at this time.

*Linked account approval and transfer completion is actioned by the exchange and not Etana.

So which party is right given the conflict of information ??
