Don't have a credit card, now I can't withdraw any fiat...

I've sold some of my crypto back to fiat some weeks ago, wanting to withdraw it to my bank account (debit). The bank transfer option was suspended for maintenance all that time, I even lost out on some great rises in the crypto. But now that I check the fiat withdraw there is no more option for bank transfer, unless you have a Visa card, which I don't. The only other option would be an Advcash account transfer in hopes that I could actually withdraw it to my bank account via there but I don't want to give them all my information just to transfer it back via them. Why isn't there any regular option to withdraw fiat to a debit account, is my money now just locked into Binance? Is there anyone who found a good reliable way of doing this, without giving some random company all my information?
