Don't stake on Binance

I staked DOT on Binance for 1 month, and it ended on 28. August. It disapleared from the Earn window, and also nothing came to my spot wallet. I contacted support and they said I didn't stake anything. Also, I cannot find a way to see my staking history regarding any of my locked stakings. The other day I also messed something up and redeemed some other locked staking before the end date and it arrived to my wallet normally. So, my advice to anyone staking on Binance is to redeem it a couple days before the end date, or not do it at all. Unless anyone has a solution.
