[Feature idea] Pre-send transaction.

Currently, when we send transaction, we do steps like this:

1) input target address and amount to send

2) press send and hope for the best, that we didn't made any typo or pasted wrong address and we just didn't lost all bitcoin we sent. Sure we can send small transaction first but it's not a solution.

My idea would be to extend this and first save transaction in bitcoin memory, it would work like this:

1) as usual, input address and value

2) click presend, and wait for target wallet confirmation, that there is transaction request with sending address and amount. If it's your wallet then you can simply see that what you entered in step 1 is correct.

3) accept incoming transaction in target wallet (optional)

4) when you see in your wallet that transaction is accepted, then click Send and you don't have to worry that you made any mistake.

Only accepted and sent transaction is stored in the blockchain, first part is in memory only.

What do you think? Honestly, I miss such thing badly.

Additional benefit would be that you could set wallet options to not accept any spam transactions until accepted.
