My parents let me pay a Nigerian prince $60 bucks for some parrot eggs when I was 13 to learn my lesson about scams. After that, the next scam I fell for was losing $70 bucks at a blackjack table in an Indian casino after I had turned 18, along with lottery tickets. Those lessons have kept me attentive about scams to prevent me from getting scammed any further.
Because of them, once I learned about Bitcoin over a decade ago now, I quickly hopped out of the fiat currency dollar scam that I realized was robbing me of my savings purchasing power over time, and started saving in Bitcoin instead. Today, I feel bad for all the uneducated folks that are still allowing themselves to get fiat savings scammed by saving Dollar's or fiat currencies like it, that are just perpetually melting in value at faster and faster rates as its monetary supply keeps doubling every 4 years, or faster depending on the fiat currency. But all fiat currencies speed up over time as debt obligations force more fiat to be digitally minted and physically printed.
My great grandmother paid 5 cents for a burger in her days. At that continued rate of inflation, by the time I'm her age a burger will cost my kin $500 bucks a burger. Stop letting yourselves get fiat scammed.
