Started playing a new game and came across a twitter thread that I wanted to share.
Wizards & Dragons
How to start:
Buy 2 wizards (prefferably gen0's because those cannot be stolen by dragons) [https://opensea.io/collection/wizards-dragons-game-v2] this will cost you about 40 bucks.
Buy about 300K GP on uniswap (you can find it under wizards and dragons / gp, import from coingecko). This will cost you about 300 bucks.
Buy some elixers / helmets to get started on polygon opensea [https://opensea.io/collection/wizards-dragons-game-consumables] 5/6 helmets and 20 elixers should get you going comfortably. shouldn't cost more than 125 bucks.
---------- the play -----------
1: Train one of your wizards to lvl 8 with the helmets, elixers and GP you have. This should take about 1 day (you can train every 30 minutes).
2: at lvl 8, training rounds are a net positive game, so you put 4000 gp in (aka 4 bucks) but you gain more items out of it (helmets / elixers / super rare items). Most of the time about 10 to 25 usd worth of items comes out that you can sell on the polygon opensea.
3: you can now train your second wizard to lvl 8 with the items that your first one is gaining
4: now you have two money making machines that make 25 bucks a day.

FAQ: why does it make 25 a day and not 25 per 30 minutes? Well, technically now it does so every 30 minutes, but this will change in some days. Right now the "launch event" is live with very short cooldown timers. In the future (in some days) you will only be able to train once per 24 hours. That's the reason you should train 2 wizards now haha!
25 usd per day is right now with market at all time low, I can imagine this will go up again as whole market recovers.
