The “dollarization” will be the process done by the State to convert all the existing Pesos.
He also sometimes says that himself for the layman to understand. If people don’t understand printing causes inflation, imagine explaining free market for monies.
Argentinians are also mostly de facto dollarized, so in practice it will be a dollarization. But it won’t be imposed by the State.
Other monies might be used in the limit, like WTI, Bitcoin or neighboring countries’ currencies if someone has deals with them privately
