German Sparkassen (local banks) in pilot project to introduce crypto buying for clients

In Germany there will be a pilot project starting from 2022 for the Sparkasse which are local and regional banks in 376 branches in almost every town (12k places) in Germany with approximately 50 milion clients totaö to allow buying crypto currencies directly from the Giro-Konto (like your day money account).

so every single Sparkassen bank among the 376 can decide whether to introduce it or not but that might bring the opportunity of buying crypto currencies closer to many germans who tend to be more sceptical about crypto. so the trust which they have in the local Sparkassen might change the perception of investing in crypto or not. On catch might be also that the mean age of their customers is about 40 years but I see this as a small step to wider adoption of crypto in germany.
