Goodbye, Robinhood!

Greetings!

I've had a robinhood account for a several years and used it to purchase stocks.

Foolishly, when I started investigating Crypto a few months ago, I used Robinhood to buy-in with some BTC and ETH. I even blew a few bucks on DOGE lol. I did all of that before looking into other exchanges and soft and hard wallets. It was my first FOMO and figured jumping in through Robinhood was a good as any other way. I didn't want to wait! Oh how the turntables!

I started selling and moving away from Robinhood within weeks and I was lucky to offset most of my Crypto losses with gains from selling my stocks. I just really hated selling my coins at all but I figured I should bite the bullet sooner rather than later.

Today, my bank received my last fiat transfer from Robinhood and I am really looking forward to ignoring Robinhood from here on out! This is the first time I have been happy seeing my Robinhood balance hit zero.

I have learned a great deal about Crypto in a very short amount of time - mostly from following this sub and from a few people I know. Please accept this post as well, as a general "thank you" to all of the folks here who take the time to contribute their experience, thoughts, research, and ideas.
