Got a Binance Password Reset Email ...Except I Don't Have a Binance Account

I received an email from:

[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

It is a password recovery email and was accessed by someone with a Brazilian IP it says (I'm in the US). However I don't have a Binance account. I looked at all the links in the email without clicking on them and they all legitimately go to Binance not a third party site. If all the links are real and not malicious and I don't have an account then what is the play here?

I just ran a Bitdefender scan and a Malwarebytes scan and nothing...
