I'm currently in this boat with both Binance (didn't realize memos were a thing) and KuCoin (realized memos were a thing but have have sausage fingers). It's been more than a month with Binance, two weeks with KuCoin, and customer service for both has basically been like "It's going to take a long time as we have to "do it manually." I don't want to spam them with messages so I haven't (I did one follow up email with each, they both confirmed that the coin recovery is still in process & I've done everything I need to do). I dunno I guess I go back and forth between patiently waiting and despairing that I'll never see my coins again.
Anyone ever had a good resolution to a situation like this?
