Haven’t had my appeal for selling crypto settled it’s beginning to infuriate me now.

The initial sale was placed on the 14th of November, and it is now the 24th… after having had the buyer mark as paid without sending payment I filed an appeal. (I sent my details once more to try and settle this prior to this appeal with no luck). So on the 16th I filed this appeal and all now Binance have yet to settle it and a large amount (to me) of crypto is just stuck and I desperately need this order cancelled so I can do something with it. Ridiculous from Binance. Yes I have provided evidence, customer support on the 17th gave the defendant 12hr hours to prove payment - he did not respond and it has gone way past 12 hours.

Is this a normal waiting time or am I correct in thinking I am being violated by Binance ? Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I have used the chat setting online on Binance but it is useless!
