Help recovering a wallet (I have 12 words)

First of all, I won't reply to any DMs and thanks for whoever tries to help

So, I have 12 words that I have kept safe for years. I was using the offline coinbase app (I do not have an account with them) - I believe I was using an app that was acquired by them, or something like that?

Anyway, I was able to see my balance until a few months ago when they asked me to upgrade to the new experience, whatever that is. Not the app feels like it was freshly installed, I don't see anythign anymore.

So I grabbed my 12 words and restored the wallet into a Bluewallet. Restore was successful but it is showing balance as $0 and there is an outgoing transaction 3 years ago (that I did not do). My base app was showing my full balance more recently than 3 years ago. Any chance the base app created a ghost account and transferred my funds to this ghost account somehow, or something like that? I do not have an account with them and never have, so I have no clue how to recover, if possible at all.
