here’s a dumb question

I posted about this somewhere else also, just tryina get info I got a spam n f t on polygon I clicked around in OpenSea and looked at the addresses around the sketchy mess and I almost did take the outrageous offer but I did not interact with this token on the blockchain Plus That was a POLYGON NFT

My Eth address and Other chains should be safe regardless right? Like I said I did not interact with it but a malicious contract can’t jump chains can it? I know this is probably a dumb question but I’d rather know, I can’t find the answer online.
