Hey everyone,
I wanted to share something I’ve been struggling with lately. I’ve always been a very reward-oriented person, which has played a big role in my food addiction and other impulsive behaviors. Saving money has never come easy for me, and now I’m finding that the same impatience is affecting how I approach investing in Bitcoin.
The idea of waiting years to accumulate a significant amount of satoshis feels almost unbearable to me. It’s hard to stay motivated when the rewards are so far in the future, especially when I can’t shake this severe anxiety about life’s unpredictability—like the fear of dying early and all my saving and waiting being for nothing.
I guess I’m looking for advice or even just reassurance from others who’ve felt the same way. How do you stay patient and focused when the payoff feels so distant and uncertain?
Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for reading.
