How can I bring my coins into new metamask wallet without paying big for gas?

Hi,

today I'm asking for help because I just realized that I had my metamask seed in Lastpass, which was hacked a while ago.

To my understanding this is a big problem even though I secured my coins additionally with my LedgerX.

I have dozens of old coins and NFTs in there. Not worth much anymore but it would still be a shame if the hacker eventually bruteforced my master password and drained it.

Moving everything into a new metamask wallet would probably cost more in gas than the stuff is worth at the moment.

Is there any more elegant way of adding a password or generating a new seed without having to move everything and pay a lot of eth for gas?
