How do I transfer my balance into a UK bank?

So I invested a very small amount a year or so ago and now wish to take out the amount it has increased to, I have looked up how to do this and I saw that many banks in the UK have banned Binance. I did find a video on how to do it after this happened but it made very little sense and someone the steps did not match up with what I could see on the app

On top of this is will not let me put in an amount to take out unless it is at least 50 or over.
