How much time do you spend reading / researching crypto?

How much time do you spend reading about or researching crypto? Looking back do you think this has been time well spent?

I used to spend alot more time researching crypto in 2017 when alts were really starting to take off. Since the 2018 crash I mostly keep up with crypto news a few hours per week and DCA into my portfolio of 8 or so coins. I don't have the energy to investigate every new token or watch the charts like I used to.

I feel as though my investments have performed better the simpler I kept my portfolio and the less I tried to find the next moonshot.
