How to bridge from Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) to Binance Chain (BEP2)

Hi

I often don't have any problems figuring out the technical stuff, however goddamn, I simply can't discover how bridge from Binance Sensible Chain to Binance Chain, as this appears to be the only method to ultimately bridge to the ETH chain. I have to get USDC from Sensible Chain to ETH, so Sensible Chain -> Binance Chain -> ETH chain appears to be the one approach to do it, please right me if I'm incorrect.

Any assist/guides can be drastically appreciated!
