How to cancel ETH pending transaction? myetherwallet method guide appears out of date.

Hello

I have mini node on Allnodes. I attempted to withdraw RPL reward (Trezor), however I used too low gas and so its stuck pending. Does anyone have a step by step guide I can follow please to cancel the transaction please? I've tried to follow the myetherwallet guide...

...however "Step 4. In the left-side menu, click ‘Send’, then choose ‘Send offline’.", is not possible as 'Send Offline' doesn't actually appear anywhere.

In the mean time is it possible I can create new ETH transactions, or would the stuck transaction affect/prevent this new transaction also?
