How to cash out or transfer my Eth from Ledger Nano to a tradning platform?

Not sure if this is the correct place to post. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Couple of years ago, I had a friend help me buy some Eth and placed them inside a Ledger Nano S. Sadly, he pass away and I'm really not sure on how to cash out on my Eth.

I do still have the 24 words recovery sheet, though the screen is starting to seem a little wonky, as in some part of the screen aren't working properly. Thus, I'm hoping to take out the Eth before the ledger really dies.

I'm from Singapore if that helps.
