Access to my account was blocked more than two month ago. Substantial amount of money is blocked there. Every time I reopen the case I get the answer to wait. I waited and waited and waited. No response and the case is closed every time without an answer. This is starting to look like a big scale scum, but Binance is supposed to be a respectable exchange.
