I am an American volunteering in Ukraine and the exchanges I use froze my accounts. I need to exchange crypto for fiat so I can buy new armor, what exchange can I use?

I have managed to spend all of my savings here in Ukraine but I have some crypto I can cash out. The issue I am having is that the exchanges shut down my accounts because I forgot to use a vpn when logging in. Stupid mistake but I cannot remedy it until I leave Ukraine.

My plate carrier got destroyed and I need a new one asap. Unfortunately I can’t find a distributor here in country that will accept bitcoin or any other crypto so I need to convert to cash.

Does anyone know of an exchange that can do this?
