I just did the advanced verification and still cant access the buying option on Binance

Hello, I first did the basic verification and then wanted to buy crypto via debit card and could not access the buying option (It says: "Service Notice: Please complete verification and Questionnaire to access this service) so i thought maybe its because I need to verify more so I did the advanced one, and it says the same, I wanted to keep it private but have already gave my driver license, How it is possible to use the site the exchange without seeing this message all the time? (On the verification it also says: Advanced verification (User due diligence rejected), how can I solve this? I would appreciate your help
