The chairman of Ripple, Chris Larsen, gave an interview to CNBC yesterday, in which he gave his thoughts about SEC and Gary Gensler.
He claimed:
"I think Gary Gensler has been the worst public servant that we've ever had in this country."
Ripple certainly hasn't had easy time dealing with SEC, as after their win over the security issue, SEC has sought an appeal, and so the case has been delayed once more, this time to 2025.
Ripple has won, but the outcome of the appeal will have great affect on the crypto industry moving forward, as it's one of the biggest Issues in the space right now.
If we see Gary Gensler removed from the office after the election, things could look very different perhaps.
