I took profits regularly and still managed to lose it all. Now all I'm seeing on my screen are red dildos and real tears.

I was around $4000 in the green (not a lot in the crypto community, but a lot in my third world ass country). I removed my profits, and boom! Bitcoin crashes to ~$48k along with all my alts. My bird brain was sure that this was the bottom. So I took half my profits from earlier and put it back in. Boom again! Bitcoin crashes to ~$30k. At that point, I had lost exactly $4000. I lost everything that I had made. Currently, I've lost $5000.

Don't be like me. Have patience. Don't let FOMO consume your life. You'll always be given a second chance. And a third.
