Identity card and proof of residence question

Hello Binance-Support,

I created my binance account in germany, verified it with my german identity card and moved to Paraguay. I don't have the cedula (identity card in Paraguay) yet because documents take long to arrive but I have proof of residence.

I want to order a binance card but in order to do that I have to have a proof of residence. Is there any issue in having a german identity card and a paraguayan proof of residence or do I have to verify a cedula for that afterwards? Also I want to send the binance card to a friend in germany, that sends it to me in Paraguay, because binance does not ship to Paraguay. Is that possible?
