Don't know really know why but it keeps being unsuccessful, I put my ID, my selfie and my facial recognition, and for some reason it just doesn't succeed. I don't really know what to do, my Id card is quite old (I'm 9 years old on it, I'm now soon 10 years above that), but beside that I don't see the problem Is there something I'm not doing right? I'm trying to see if I can upload my files but I can only take photos, which is annoying.
