I'm done trying to convince people, and here's why

When I was younger, I wanted to make money. A lot of it. I tried to take the advice of people that were rich (or at least I thought).

I was at a house party this weekend. There's a woman who literally says "all these boys won't shut up about crypto". This house is nice-well over a million dollars.

The homeowner chimes in. She didn't know he was the home owner (it's a rental), he was there for the party.

He says fastest adopted technology in human history and that while his house has gone tremendously up in value, the system is unfair and screws over people that rent.

Her response? it's a scam. She doesn't care.

Most people will choose to live in a world of unbelievable ignorance. A refusal to ask questions and to blame others. It reminds me of people wanting to get into shape and having the fit friend say "I do x y and z" and the response being "he has good genetics".
