I've spent the last year being 100% BTC and felt conviction to defend only BTC. But now I am investing in ETH and learning more about its value in driving the space forward. This sub seems to agree that BTC & ETH offer two entirely different value propositions and shouldn't even be compared as to which is superior.
This sub also taught me that a lot of the innovation in crypto is driven by smart contracts. ETH seems to be the blue chip of the competing smart contract platforms. To support and champion crypto, you can't be a BTC maximalist.
I've since converted my DCA from BTC to ETH. I'm going to ignore the price for awhile and just focus on building up my ETH bag. ETH is very exciting and I want to be happy to see it succeed.
That is all. Not financial advice.
