I'm not sure what to do

Hi everyone, I feel dumb but I literally realized that back in 2012, I was mining some BTC with some online friends. I quitted quite fast because my PC was too noisy and I was going to uni/work... But I am still using the email from back then.

I quick searched and I found my account with the funds. (if I understand it right.)

I have basically 80 USD worth of Bitcoin (can't be bothered to remember the number of decimals).

So now, I'm not sure what to do from here. Sell it ? Withdraw it on a USB ? Wait ?

I'm not even sure the laws on Bitcoin sales in France so I'm just staring at the screen telling my old self I could have been a millionaire lol.
