Hello everyone,
I'm a Binance France consumer and lately acquired an e-mail from Binance stating that, since Binance hasn't obtained its MiCA licence, providers are being progressively restricted and all Binance France accounts will probably be closed by December 31, 2026.
The email also mentions a month-to-month charge of 0.025% of the account stability, with a minimum of 10 USDC, for accounts nonetheless holding crypto after the required calculation dates in November and December.
I knew Binance hadn't obtained its MiCA licence yet, but I used to be planning to easily hold my belongings on Binance and wait, assuming they might ultimately get hold of the licence and resume normal operations.
Nevertheless, an entire account closure looks like a much greater deal than just briefly proscribing providers while ready for MiCA approval.
Produce other French customers acquired this actual e-mail?
Thanks!
