Binance failed my proof of address verification because the city listed on my ID has a 13 character limit, so the very last letter isn't displayed on my ID. So it's not an exact match to my bank statement address by 1 letter. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. I called the DMV and they said there's nothing they can do about the character limit and that's just how it is. Are there robots at Binance or actual people? Has anyone run across this issue? Am I not allowed to use Binance because of this technicality?
