Backstory: So I have been using Binance for years without any problems at all, done every single verification and uploaded documents etc as soon as they ask. A couple of days ago I tried to withdraw some BTC and they said my funds are locked and cannot be withdrawn. Also during this period please complete your "source of wealth" submission and wait 2-3 days for the results. I thought very weird, as I submitted my "source of wealth" documents over 2 weeks ago. I never got any email confirmations or notifications on Binance that I got "verified" etc but after 2 weeks without any feedback I assumed I got verified. Right? Anyway I contacted their customer support (most useless customer support in the world), and got no information at all. Not why I wasn't "verified" although I sent in my documents over two weeks ago. Not if my documents was rejected or accepted, no information what they wanted from me to unfreeze my funds. The only thing I got was their "Specialists" telling me they waited on information from "Relevant Departments" or them transferring me to the "Relevant Department" or another "Specialist". Questions: How many "Relevant Departments" and "Specialists" do they need to help me? lmfao Also are you supposed to be in the chat for 5-6+ days without getting any help or information at all?
