Is Binance Visa card in the UK or not?

I have just been on the page for the Binanca Visa card and have pre-ordered one, it told me I would be notified when they're available in my region.

But here's an article from the middle of 2020 from Binance saying the official rollout had begun https://www.binance.com/en/blog/all/binance-card-launches-in-europe-421499824684900740

And there are plenty of articles from the end of 2020 saying people have started to recieve their cards.

So what gives? Why is it only available for pre-order and not available to order right now?
