Is Richard Heart a fraud and scammer? TLDR: Yes

Let's start with his actual name, yes, you may think that the creator of the HEX token is using his real name, but well, no. His real name is actually Richard James Schueler also known as convicted Spam King. If this isn't a big red flag then I don't know what is.

The Spam King:

Furthermore, his own blog documented other shady businesses such as selling stereo equipment he didn’t own and then turning around and giving the buyer sub-par equipment.

He also has some interesting disclaimers on his website for HEX, note the bit where it says "There aren't actually any coins, they're are just numbers in a distributed database. No one is actually given anything".

Looks like Richard never stopped using spam as his main advertising tactic, a couple of years back Ledger's database was hacked and users' addresses were stolen. Guess who is sending spam letters to those users now? Yes, you've guessed it, it's HEX. That sleazy bastard bought Ledger's stolen contact list and is spamming people in real life with letters by mail:

That man is seriously not well, he will do anything to scam people and earn himself some money. If you ever come across HEX or PulseChain please be aware that they are 100% scams. You will never get your money back. Be careful!
