Is the $SHIB/$BONE air-drop 'treats' only for Shibaswap users or am i eligible if i hold $SHIB in binance?

So, clearly among the hottest airdrops in the meanwhile (https://treat.shibaswap.com) and doubtless why shib is pumping lately, but just a quick query: is it attainable to get credit score shibtreat rewards by simply holding cash on binance, or do i've to move them to metamask?

also, my cousin claimed he had never used shiba swap, and has by no means held shib, and nonetheless was capable of claim some 'treats'. i am a bit misplaced - can anybody point me in the best course for a way this all works?
