Is there a Bitcoin Point of Sale terminal// online payment available that instantly and automatically converts Bitcoin payments into dollars or the local currency?

I don't understand why businesses don't switch to Bitcoin solutions to save immensely on fees, whether it's for online payments or in-store transactions. Surely, there must be solutions available that offer this, allowing retailers to avoid the risk of holding Bitcoin, right?
