Is there a theorized price point in USD/BTC where a rational market actor wouldn’t sell due to extreme devaluation of the dollar?

Let’s say 5 years from now bitcoin is approaching $1,000,000 USD/BTC - wouldn’t we get to a point where it would no longer make sense to convert (sell) bitcoin back into fiat? I’d imagine more and more places begin to accept bitcoin as payment and I’d also imagine the dollar continually gets weaker over time.
