Is there a way to hide my USDT transaction history? maybe keep creating new wallets?

Hello there, I am a programmer and people do pay me using crypto as there are no alternative payment methods in my region then I can withdraw it, but it came to my attention that some clients look up my transaction history and know how much old clients paid me for the same task, this makes it harder for me to get paid more for harder tasks or tasks that require more stuff, is there a way to hide this? or should I create an online wallet for each client? is that possible? thank you!
