Is there any course of action for this situation?

So last Friday at 130, i sent money from my samsung blockchain wallet, about 50$ worth of btc. To my cashapp wallet. As fees have been skyrocketing I didn't wanna pay 8$ so I set a custom fee of 1.94, I knew it would take a minute and didn't care, however. It's been 7 days and the transaction is stuck on the blockchain. I have several hundred dollars worth of btc in my samsung blockchain wallet I cannot access until this pending send transaction is confirmed. It isn't using rbf so it can't be fee bumped that way. After a few days I get ahold of support for samsung blockchain wallet and give the lady the information she asks for which was basically just the transaction ID and other stuff about the transaction. She informs me she needs to escalate it to the next level of tech support as she doesn't have the means to help me with what's going on. Another day goes by, I check on the transaction and it's still pending. So I refreshed my wallet, which in the samsung blockchain app all that does is resync your assets it doesn't change your wallet address, and when it resyncs, the other 430 some odd dollars just dissappears. Looking at the transaction on blockchain.com I can see my transaction only has 1 input, from me, but now theres 2 outputs. The original money i sent to my cashapp, and then another output with the remainder of my funds to a wallet address i have no idea who it belongs to. Then yesterday, i open my samsung blockchain app and all of a sudden the pending send transaction is gone, just gone, like it never happened. My wallet transaction history literally shows me getting a $1000 sending 231 time 217 another time and then 50 another time but a 0 account balance. However in my cashapp transaction history, the deposit still shows as pending? Samsung support is of no help. Cashapp support said the same thing about escalating my issue and then I've heard nothing....does anyone know what I can do if anything to recover this money?
