Jumped through all the hoops and still can't withdraw or transfer coins out of binance.com. Why won't they let me do the right thing?

This is very frustrating.

I'm in the U.S. and I've been jumping through hoops for a weeks now to verify my identity on binance.com . Each time they came back with a new request using the chat, I replied with the information the same day. (Case ID # 72353829 )

Now they've gone silent.

I've taken videos and pictures of me, my ID, logging in, showing balances, reading their script, and even dug up the old email with the IP address and date of my registration (both, the original and when I got back on the site a couple of months ago)

They claim to want me to move to binance.us, but don't seem very eager to let me do that. Other than donate a pint of blood or bite the head off of a bat, what am I supposed to do????

Open to any ideas. Thank you. The market moves and I can't trade or withdraw, so I'm effectively frozen.
