 | I've been waiting for Binance US to contact me after I lost $15k on their platform when it crashed in February this year. I had $80k before the exchange went down. I JUST managed to move $50k from the exchange to another exchange. Easy math says $80k - $50k leaves $30k. But when the exchange went down, I couldn't login for a period of time. When I did manage to get back in, my account was showing $15k. I checked EVERYWHERE but CANNOT find any reason my funds disappeared. I spent weeks trying to sort this out. I have screenshots of talking to Binance Us on chat. CS Kariza, from Binance, in a screenshot from the chat and was advised "I have looked into your account and found the issue" FOUND THE ISSUE!!!!!! "And can be resolved by one of my colleagues". But after talking to the next person went nowhere. Ive spent hours, days, waiting on the Binance US chat to talk to them.
