As the title says, I lost my phone over the weekend and of course then start to think about all the things I should have backed up on it. Top of the list is the 2FA code to my old Binance account that I haven’t used in ages but still has a fair amount of random tokens on it that I’m just holding at this point. When I click the 2FA unavailable button during login, it directs me to verify my identity, which it obviously won’t let me do as a US person.
Question is, should I open a ticket with Binance? Will they allow me access to the wallet to move stuff off the platform? Or should I find someone with an international ID and verify it that way? Don’t have any need to trade on the platform, just want to get my tokens off. Anyone have experience with this?
