Lost all of my future wallet

In the last loan flash when btc drop from 52k to 46k I opened a long position somewhere down there and I didn’t use stop loses cause i was watching the market i can close it manually and it started dipping very quick and my position won’t close in different ways the issue was from Binance it self the costumer service can’t do anything about it the point here never open a position without sitting ur stop lose have a nice day trade safe
