My kid is super driven on her own and has been doing TKD for many years. Right now she's testing for her first degree black belt. I told her that if she passes, I'll get her 100 ALGO (she'll get it regardless) but she's always struggled to break concrete. Not surprising really because that's damn hard. But to help motivate her, I offered to double the reward if she can do it. Fingers crossed!
