It seems like they suspended withdrawals on my account for unknown reasons. I have a bunch of security measures like email and 2FA code set on my account, which has been open for 4 years now and I never had a problem. I always access my acct from a UK VPN regardless of where I am.
I've been able to withdraw and deposit no problem until yesterday. I was even verified for withdrawals under 2 BTC. I spoke with Customer Service and they stated I would have to submit documents for Intermediate Verification. I don't see why I need to do this as I was previously verified to the level that was needed.
Warning others to withdraw funds ASAP and cautiously if you are unsure about Binance's legality in your country.
Additionally, I'm not sure how I feel about moving forward with a company that is OK with holding my funds hostage with zero prior warning, even after completing all configured security measures.
