Hi all,
I'm a new binanceer, and just playing with a bit of change right now. I've been solely using Lite, and have been loading it from my bank account to buy BUSD and USDT before converting to a few different currencies. On the Binance convert help page it says that there are zero fees, so that seems a no brainer to use if playing around with trading a little bit. I then wanted to buy some GMT which meant I had to use Binance Pro. I can't see a simple convert function on there, just spot buy/sell. Right now, if I request to convert 20 ADA to BUSD I am offered 24; if I use spot trade ADA>BUSD it offers the same.
My questions are simply:
- Is Convert really zero fees? Can I trade as much as I like between cryptos in lite like this?
- BUSD and USDT I understand are stablecoins meaning they follow the US dollar value. Does this mean I can buy some ADA and if it makes 20% then either stagnates or starts dropping I can convert to stablecoin, and hold that, before buying a different sort, like GMT?
- Is Convert just a simplified spot trade function without all the numbers and graphs?
Thanks very much
