Nexus, escrow smart contract that lets you safely facilitate any transaction online.

Hey everyone!

I made a post awhile back here on r/cc discussing the Nexus app, but I wanted to chime back in to get some opinions on our smart contract / constructive criticism.

What is Nexus?

Nexus is a smart contract that allows people to safely trade online. We essentially eliminate the questions of "who sends first" when trading, buying, or selling online. We do this via escrow smart contract. For example, lets say someone had a really cool toaster (advertised on reddit) that I wanted to buy off of them. That toaster is worth $50. I contact the seller and suggest we use the Nexus app to secure the transaction.

I send a proposal to the seller with a collateral limit of $150. And the seller accepts the proposal also adding collateral of $150. We both recieve tokens that represent the trade. Once I pay him for the toaster, and I recieve it in the mail, we send our tokens back and we get our collateral. If one of us determines that it was a scam, either one of us can opt to not send the token back, thus no-one is returned collateral. This ensures that both parties complete the trade as agreed.

Nexus is a crypto middleman.

Where does r/cc come into play?

I have poured my heart and soul into this, and would generally appreciate some feedback on the application. It's currently on testnet (Algorand) and you can find it here: https://app.nexusasa.com/

The whole aim is to give people a way to avoid online trade scams. We currently have users wanting to use the app to facilitate peer to peer crypto swaps, sell collectibles, and use in decentralized marketplaces.
